Your name, email address, account identifiers, authentication details, and related account settings.
Your order details, selected service level, uploaded document types, revision history, job-target details, billing records, and payment status.
Documents and information you upload or enter, including CVs, resumes, cover letters, employment history, education history, skills, achievements, referee details, job descriptions, structured extracted data, generated drafts, revision requests, and edited outputs.
Payment-related information provided through our payment processor, such as Stripe session data, payment status, and transaction identifiers. We do not store your full payment card number.
Messages you send through our contact forms, support requests, order-related emails, and other communications with us.
Your email address and related subscription status if you join our waitlist or marketing audience.
IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral information, timestamps, cookies, analytics events, and similar technical data.
If you choose to publish a public profile, the information you choose to publish may become publicly accessible.

Our services may use AI-assisted tools to process uploaded documents, extracted text, job descriptions, and revision instructions in order to create or improve outputs.
This means that information you submit may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure or model providers acting on our behalf. We use this processing to provide the service you requested, not to make legal, credit, employment, or similarly regulated decisions about you.
You should review all generated outputs carefully before using them.
We may share personal information with trusted service providers that help us operate KiwiCV. Based on our current setup, these may include providers for:

account and order records may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward
uploaded and generated documents may be retained while needed to provide your services, revisions, document history, and downloads
marketing contact information may be retained until you unsubscribe
public profile information may remain available until you remove or unpublish it, subject to backups and technical delays
We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you.
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you generally have the right to:
