Is it really free to download my CV?
Yes. Build your CV, choose a free template and download it as a PDF or editable Word file. There’s no sign-up, payment card or watermark. You can keep using the free builder without upgrading.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. KiwiCV Pro is one payment, including GST, with no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Extra full rewrites are available as optional one-time packs.
How do the 10 included rewrites work?
The allowance is shared across your account and does not reset automatically. A successfully delivered full rewrite or full regeneration uses one. Targeted refinements, manual edits, explanations and failed attempts do not. If you need more, you can buy an extra rewrite pack; its price and quantity are shown before you pay.
Do I need an account?
The free builder needs no account. It keeps one Saved CV in this browser, so download a copy before clearing browser data or changing devices. Pro needs an account to keep your CVs, supporting documents and applications together across devices.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with the free builder and upgrade whenever you want more help. You keep what you’ve written. Creating an account doesn’t automatically upload the CV in your browser; you choose when to save it to your Pro account.
Will Pro change the facts in my CV?
Pro works only with facts you supply in your CV and selected supporting documents. It can reword, reorder and emphasise your experience, and asks when a fact is missing. Job requirements never become claims about you. You review the changes and keep the final say.
